If you want to understand what happens at these book discussions, let me quote Ayn Rand from the introduction she wrote for the 25th anniversary edition of the Fountainhead:
"It does not matter that only a few in each generation will grasp and achieve the full reality of man's proper stature--and that the rest will betray it. It is those few that move the world and give life its meaning--and it is those few that I have always sought to address."
Millions of people over the past 65 years have been drawn to The Fountainhead, because it resonates with them at some level, but most will never know why.
Rand's writing must appeal to your sense of life in some way, or you wouldn't be reading these words right now. Perhaps you have tried to find others who share this worldview, only to be left feeling disappointed, isolated, weird.
Our group is an outlet for people who are interested in Rand's ideas, and want a forum to share their perspectives with a receptive audience.
Let's hear from all of you who have expressed an interest. You won't be disappointed.
PLEASE RSVP FOR THIS EVENT.
