South Texas Ayn Rand Society

Please join us as a member if you are interested in Ayn Rand's works (e.g., Atlas Shrugged) and in Objectivism, her philosophy of reality and reason.

Mingle and enjoy the friendly fellowship at our social and other events. Of course, enjoy serious philosophical discussions, too!

For the first few meetups, we'll meet at local joints to relax after work and meet each other. As the group grows, I'll schedule other events held at my house or elsewhere.

There is another Objectivism Club , the Houston Objectivism Society, which is primarily focused on giving Objectivist oriented lectures to each other. I have friends who attend every meeting, but most of these meetings do not interest me.

My primary purpose in starting this meetup group is to meet and socialize with other Objectivists in the area. Of course, as the group evolves the groups purpose will broaden. Hopefully, this group will grow in size similar to the North Texas Objectivist Society.
